1st Step : Register at the Conference

!!! REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE € 50,- !!!

Conference fee:

For registration up to and including March 31 - EUR 600,-
For normal registration from 1st April up to and including 31 May - EUR 650,-
For late registration, from 1st June to end of registration - EUR 700,-
For registration at the conference - EUR 800, -

Tutorials* fee:

EUR 100,- (for both)

Please note: only people registered at the conference are eligible for attending the tutorials

*The purpose of the tutorials is to provide an educational view on a subject of common interest.Continuous Education certificates (CEUs) can be obtained for each of the tutorials for a fee of 20€, payable at the conference (cash).

Paper copy of conference record fee:

All conference attendees will receive a CD ROM containing all conferences papers.

For ecological reasons, it is not intended to hand out paper copies of the conference record. Should, however, an Attendee wish to have one, please tick the check box "I want a paper copy" in the registration form.

Cancellation policy :

Until April 30, 2009 : we retain € 50,-
As of May 1, 2009 : no refund

Payment by credit card (VISA or Mastercard and American Express - see below-)

You can also pay for your fee by bank transfer, choose your mean of payment in the registration form , fill all the mandatory fields in, press send. You will receive an invoice from our Treasurer. Your registration will be effective on the day payment is made.
