A block of rooms has been booked at the Grand Hotel for the PCIC Europe Conference Attendees from 2010 June 15th to 17th. You can benefit from negotiated prices here below.

All guests have to book and pay for their rooms individually, they are responsible for their accomodation. Cancellations are under the responsibility of guests.

Please use this linked registration form to book your room, this is the only way to benefit from the PCIC Europe negociated rates and return it by fax or mail to the hotel directly.

• Single room per night: 1640 NOK (circa 210 €)
• Double room per night: 1890 NOK (circa 240 €)

Those rates include large buffet breakfast at the Grand Café and include all applicable taxes.

Extension prior and/or after the Conference is possible at the same rates BUT the reservations have to be made 4 weeks prior to arrival date ie 2010 May the 18th. you may book rooms after this date, but availaibility and above mentioned rates are not guaranteed.
